All tuition payments are due on the 1st of every month starting August 1 and ending March 1, with no payment due in December. There are seven scheduled payments for the academic year. All tuition payments must be made using our online college management system, Populi. You will get a login for Populi when you are accepted as a student. Populi accepts credit/check cards.
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required when enrollment is confirmed. This deposit will be applied to the first tuition payment. All degree programs require the same amount in fees. If you are pursuing multiple degrees in the same academic year, you will pay only one set of fees.
Each set of courses is referred to as a “session.” You must pay for a session of courses in order to attend the first night of classes in that session. The first payment for both programs includes all course and student fees, minus the $100 enrollment confirmation deposit.
If a student misses a payment, he/she must make the payment (plus any late fees) by the first class of the session, or he/she will be withdrawn from that session of courses. If tuition payments are late, you will be charged a non-refundable $25 fee per late payment. Populi will automatically add this fee to your payments once the payment date has passed. If your payment is declined for any reason, a $50 penalty fee will be charged to your account.
All tuition and fees payments are non-refundable. If you withdraw from a paid course prior to the course start date, the payment may be applied to taking the course in the future. If full payment for either program is made at the start of the year, the above policy applies to all terms begun. Any term not yet begun is eligible to receive a refund less any discounts.
